Innovare is delighted to have been awarded a contract to support ALG Consulting services with the development of an Advanced Concept of Operations (CONOPS) for Athens International Airport (AIA). AIA are undertaking a 4-5 year transformation programme that aims to implement collaborative operations management which is enabled through enhanced predictablity and performance monitoring. The new AIA operational concept will compliment the aspirations of the airport operator to become fully A-CDM implemented and AOP (extended) compliant by the end of the transition.
Innovare is delighted to be part of the team that will support AIA in definining the processes, roles and functional enablers that will act as the blueprint for the the new version of AIA’s Airport Service Operations Centres (ASOC).
