Innovare’s expertise and relationships within the Air Navigation Service Provider (ANSP) vertical was positively rewarded with the recent award of a new two-stage contract in 2019 to provide significant insight and intelligence to support dynamic innovative investment case modelling.
This project would be made up from the provision of both detailed qualitative benefits mapping across the airport and airline domains, plus the development of a bespoke cost benefit case tool that could be applied to a myriad of scenarios reflecting different airport sizes, traffic mixes and contraints. Together, this would support stakeholders (airport, ANSPs etc.) to develop a robust, data driven benefits case for investing in the capabilitites of Demand Capacity Balancing.
